Delicious Culinary Experience

During my recent stay, I was constantly impressed with the dining options at the resort. Each restaurant provided a unique and good experience. I especially loved the Italian restaurant, where the tuna tartare was to die for. The wait staff, including Jorge, always greeted us with smiles and ensured we had everything we needed. The variety and quality of the food were just excellent!

Relaxing Spa Treatments

I indulged in a wonderful hot stone massage during my stay, and it was simply divine. The professionals, Sandra, Jose, and Viviene, were amazing and truly made me feel pampered. It was the perfect way to unwind after a long day of activities like kayaking and snorkeling. I highly recommend taking some time to enjoy the spa!

Fun Activities for Kids

Our family vacation was made even more special by the wonderful children's amenities available at the resort. My son had a blast at the Kids Club, where he participated in fun activities like origami and pizza-making. Adventure Awaits!

The range of sports and fitness activities was impressive! I enjoyed kayaking and snorkeling with the fantastic guides, particularly Diego. The kayaking along the river and cenotes was a highlight. I also appreciated the opportunities for biking and other outdoor adventures, which made for a perfect balance of relaxation and fitness during our holiday.

I had quite a mixed experience at Hacienda Tres Rios. The resort itself is beautiful and located in a unique natural setting, but my overall stay was marred by service issues and the misleading representation of the beach area. On the plus side, the pools were nice and the entertainment options were enjoyable, but the dining experience left a lot to be desired. Though the price was reasonable, I wouldn't recommend it for anyone seeking a beach stay.

We enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere and the lively activities by the pools, but we found the attempts to promote timeshares a bit off-putting.
